W O O D T E C 1 0

Today in wood I started to cut the v shape of my boat and also cut a gap on my boat and I also used the Chesil to get the little bits of the piece of wood out. We also learned how to use the Chesil right and ways not to use it my teacher explained that the Chesil wants to dive in the wood and that if you use it wrong you could slice your skin off. We also had to follow our Gantt chant so when know how long we are gonna take to do each step. As the lesson started to go on I did all my steps on time and I finished my work on time.

This is my Gantt chant as you can see the boxes that are colored means that's how long it would take me to finish that task. In other peoples work they would've finished one of there task a bit quicker.

This is my outline plan as you can see it shows all the steps that I was doing to build my boat.
1) So I had to cut my wood and then measure my base
2) All my markings done now we cut out our v shape and the gap and at the end sand the back so it's curved
3) now we mark out and cut the base
4) glue the base before class is done so it can be dried the next day
5) Then I drilled a hole in my bridge.
6) We glued our pipe in our hole we made in our bridge.
7) The last step we sand our work and finish with some polishing oil.
