I learned that too much fructose is bad for your liver and when its bad everything goes bad and you can get diseases etc.

Types of drinks that are good for you.

1) blue, red, yellow and silver. Everyone likes Crips and Bloods.
2) A bull. Cause they are big and strong.
3) Energy drink, vitalizes body and mind, carbonated taurine drink. Because everyone wants energy to lose some fat.

Move To Improve

I came to move to improve to learn the nutrients that go into your body and I hope by the end of this project I would know all the nutrients that should go into my body and stay away from the junk food.
The activity I want to do is lift some weights to improve my muscle strength.
